Guide To Buying Your Home .... Free E-Book

Everybody wants to buy a house. Owning a house means you've got a roof over your head. In the long run, you won't have to worry about renting. The minus side is that you have to pay rent, and you may have to move if your landlord demands it. The plus side is that you don't have to worry about bad neighbourhoods -- you can always move to another home if you don't like it. Also, landlords are obliged to take care of the property, so leaky roofs and mouldy walls are not your responsibility. Some people like to rent, and in these times some say renting is easier on the wallet than buying. But some people have become rich through buying properties, and that is why we want to buy property.

Enter, a book from the Australian housing ministry which informs you about purchasing your first house. It is a great publication. It's called "Guide To Purchasing Your Home". The main topics are:

  1. Choosing what to buy
  2. Ways to buy
  3. Options for legal work
  4. Steps of buying
  5. Types of ownership
  6. Common home purchase terms

You can read about the nitty-gritty (which is recommended) once you have downloaded the e-book. Good luck on buying your house.
